What is sandblasting?

Sandblasting is the process of erosion of a surface by blasting abrasive grit particles at material at high speed using compressed air.
I have a small item that I need sandblasted. Can you help me?

Yes of Course, however we do have a minimum charge to cover the cost of processing a 1 off small item.
Is sandblasting essential as a pretreatment?

Sandblasting is essential as a pretreatment when painting or Powder Coating Mild/Raw black steel. It is also sometimes the only way to effectively remove old coatings or corrosion on any metal item prior to renovation.
How long will a job take?

Depending on the size of the project allow 3-4 business days after time of drop off, If required urgently we offer Express service next day or over weekend to assist you.

We guarantee all work and in addition all warranty projects are performed strictly to specification with all measurements and records collated and available to our customer.
We are also an approved registered Powder Coat applicator for both Dulux and Interpon able to offer up 10 year manufacturers written warranties for Mild steel Powder Coated by us to specification.
